DAISY
GIRL SCOUTS
make new friends, explore their world through activities ranging
from music, art, and science. Girls can use an activity scrapbook
and storybook as they complete their activities. Daisy Girl Scouts
do projects with older Girls Scouts and may also attend summer
day
camp. Daisy Girl Scouts wear a special Daisy Girl Scout pin. They
do not participate in product sale programs. |

BROWNIE
GIRL SCOUTS work
on recognitions called "Try-Its" where they try new
things such as dancing, arts and crafts, and math and science activities.
They may participate in service projects, overnights and the Girl
Scout product sale programs. Brownie Girl Scouts use a handbook
which includes many activities and all the "Try-Its." |

JUNIOR
GIRL SCOUTS
work on badges and signs in many areas such as music, math and
science, outdoor fun, art and business. Junior Girl Scouts do service
projects
in their community, and begin developing leadership skills. They
can attend overnight resident camp or day camp. They may also participate
in the Girl Scout product sale programs. Junior Girl Scouts use
a handbook and the Girl Scout Badges and Signs book. |

CADETTE
GIRL SCOUTS may earn badges and interest project patches
that demonstrate their skills in many different activities. Girls
also begin leadership training opportunities and career exploration
activities. They work on long- term projects such as special trips
and service projects. Cadette Girl Scouts apply their knowledge to
receive recognitions such as the Silver Award, challenge pins, service
bars, and leadership awards. Girls at age 14 may have their Cookie
Certificates held for college scholarship funds. |

SENIOR
GIRL SCOUTS may earn interest project patches, service
bars and leadership awards. Advanced career exploration, leadership
development opportunities and community service result in many recognitions
including the highest award in Girl Scouting-The Girl Scout Gold Award. |
 |
ADULT
GIRL SCOUTS are men and women ages 18 and up are
people with time to fill or rarely a free moment. There are
numerous volunteer opportunities to work with girls as a leader,
assistant leader, mentor, product sales coordinator, or special
interest project consultant. Volunteers may work with adults
as board members, committee chairs, recruiters, fundraisers,
or trainers. There is a place for you in Girl Scouts. |

JULIETTE
GIRL SCOUTS do not have to
participate in troops. Some girls choose to to register as
an individual. They may attend council events and work on badges
independently. |

Studio
2B In this new Girl Scout
program, girls control what
they do, pursue their own interests and make the time committment
that they choose to make. Members set the structure with
guidance from an adult advisor |
